Progressive Solutions, Inc. ("PSI") respects the privacy of visitors to this website and of the residents and staff who use the portals we operate on behalf of our municipal clients. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

This website collects only what you send us: the name, agency, title, telephone number, email address and message you enter in the contact form, together with standard web server logs. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Resident portals operated for our clients

Where PSI hosts a licensing, permitting, billing or payment portal for a city or county, the data entered belongs to that agency, and PSI acts as its service provider. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors; PSI does not retain full card numbers.

How we use information

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and are not sold or rented. Server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

Retention and security

Client data is held in separate databases with access limited to authorized users, and is retained according to the agreement with the client agency and applicable records-retention law. PSI maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, write to PSI at P.O. Box 783, Brea, CA 92822, or email sales@progressivesolutions.com. Requests concerning data held in a client agency's portal are referred to that agency.

Changes

We will post any revision to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
