System Design
ParcelTrack™ is a software application that exploits the full potential of Windows®, client-server architecture and ODBC compliant databases. It was designed from start to finish with the end user in mind for the maintenance and assessment processing for parcels under your jurisdiction. ParcelTrack™ is user customizable and will continue to support your needs for years to come.
ParcelTrack™ is completely table driven so that our system conforms to your needs and not the other way around. It provides an easy to use graphical Windows® interface with menu driven controls and uses right and left mouse buttons to aid in productivity. The software is client-server design for maximum speed and minimum network impact. Numerous optional entry fields allow for as much account information as the user desires. ParcelTrack™ is flexible enough in most cases to accommodate the unique needs of each client without the need for additional programming.
ParcelTrack™ time/date stamps all user changes and records the user and machine that changed the data. Included is parcel, city, state and zip code data validation plus optional generation of CASS certification and Postal Statements. The option to expedite data entry using barcode readers is also available. ParcelTrack™ may also interface with PSI’s Ca$hierCentral centralized cashiering system or create an export file to upload into virtually any financial system.
Technical Features
ParcelTrack™ is a true client server application. It is written using C++ to obtain the maximum speed and flexibility possible. ParcelTrack™ complies with the Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) technology, which allows ParcelTrack™ to utilize any ODBC compliant database. Efficient program and database design allows complete scalability from small single-user to large enterprise wide operations. An export file can be tailored for upload to your financial system.

From our years of experience working with municipalities, we have found that significant up front fees have hindered many cities from acquiring quality software and support.
